hi anoop, great pics !! i am just curious how do have a focal length of 919mm in the S2 ? did u use a teleconverter? i thought that S2 has a focal length range was 36mm - 432mm (in terms of 35mm film camera). but, once again the pics were great..
@arindham : yeah the focal length is not in terms of 35mm. Once i get to 432mm on the S2IS, there is an option to add more zoom digitally. So it calculates the focal length if i actually used a teleconverter and stores this in the exif...its deceiving but yeah thats how the S2 works! :)
cool man... I love the red flubber with the zero background. soober it is. btw, if you digi zoom it calculates the exif. It cant calculate the exif if you use teleconv. that only slrs can.
The first three shots are amazing!!! We can actually make out the different color combination in the third snap...Really too good. Even the lily is good...Waiting for the next set of flowers...
Excellent work, Anoop. I especially like numbers two and three. They're presented very beautifully. Excellent work on all the exposures. You did very well. Kind regards, Brent
I left a comment yesterday..May be it didnt register...These snaps r awesome...feels like some fresh dew drops on the flowers...Amazing...U evevn have the shadow of the lotus...precision work! Have u tried doing the portfolio pictures? You would make them just a beauty!
i totally love nature, especially flowers.so i was so delighted to see these shots... the white lotus on a blue blue pond, has always been one of my favourite pics. It's so beautiful that I have saved a similar pic to paint when I feel the urge sometime....aaah such lovely photos.
and also the lilac coloured flowers...they look so bunched up together like butterflies waiting to take flight in the burst of a second. beautiful
